Founded in 2017, Spetz is a career platform for entry-level positions which gives companies access to hidden information about each candidate by creating them a new profile with both information about their previous experience, but also a potential prediction. We do so by using psychology questionnaires which map the candidates’ characteristics.
How does it do it:
Spetz creates a new profile for each job applicant uncovering the applicants’ raw data and generating an alternative CV to reveals each candidate’s true potential, allowing companies to reduce uncertainty and to discover hidden gems.
